Paid parental leave
Everyone should feel supported when they welcome a new child. That’s why we provide a minimum three weeks’ paid parental leave for either parent, in addition to any existing Government-provided parental leave.
We offer fantastic travel benefits, including free of charge (FOC) Intrepid Group education trips and generous tour discounts for yourself, your family and your friends.
In addition to your annual leave, we offer another five days' leave each year to be used on your education. This leave can be put towards an FOC trip, or any course you choose to do.
We have regular online and onsite training opportunities to get you where you want to go. We also host global manager development programs.
If you’re ready to make an impact, we’re ready to help. All staff have the opportunity to spend 20 hours of paid time per year volunteering with a local organisation.
