In 2018, we celebrated becoming a certified B Corp™, making us the largest in the travel sector globally.

More than just a logo, B Corp™ certification is a rigorous process, which recognises businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. 

In this way, the B Corp™ movement is redefining success in business, to pursue value for shareholders and stakeholders alike. This includes employees, communities, the environment, suppliers and customers – everything and everyone our businesses touch. 

We're not perfect, but this certification provides us with a roadmap to constantly strive to improve our impact - with a benchmark of the best in the world.


Companies become B Corp™ certified when they pass a minimum threshold of 80 points in their assessments. Recertifying every three years, we're proud to have raised our B Corp™ score from 82.7 in 2018 to 91.2 in 2021.
